We as a species face immense challenges, risks, and opportunities. But in Europe, unlike in America or China, there is no clear path for how to act and solve them.
But Europe is not less capable. We have the best universities, brilliant minds, and deep passion. What we lack is belief. Confidence. Boldness. We build apps when we should be building rockets. We discuss problems endlessly, when we should be solving them.
Europe is at a turning point. The next decades will decide whether we remain dependent, fragmented, and fearful, or whether we rise to lead the world in innovation, energy, freedom, and independence.
Most Europeans grew up with fear, not ambition. Nuclear is seen as disaster, not a promise of energy abundance. And who can blame them? They lived through Chernobyl and Fukushima. The Terminator imprinted an image of AI in my parents' generation that it will wipe us all out. Through endless dystopian stories, pessimism became the European default. But what they don't know is that technology has 100x more benefits than disadvantages. Today's nuclear fission reactors are safer than ever, providing the cleanest energy possible. Fusion is even better. And AI will help us discover new materials, better medicines, and so much more we can't even imagine yet.
Sadly, most people are not aware of that. Too often, we don't even tell the story of our own innovators. That is why I create documentaries about European technology and innovation. To show that we can build. To show that optimism isn't a sin. To show the faces and stories behind breakthroughs. To inspire a generation to not just consume technology but build it.
Through these films, I want to help rewrite Europe's narrative:
- Belief – A new story of confidence and ambition. Europeans must see themselves as pioneers, not followers.
- Real Innovation – Real businesses that make real things. Not just another software AI wrapper, but hardware, energy, biotech, and space. Solving real problems today.
- Freedom to Build – Less red tape. Less regulation. More investments. Forgiveness for failure, and rewarding trying.
My dream is simple: to make Europe strong, independent, and at the forefront of global innovation once again. To improve not just Europeans' lives, but that of every living being in the universe.
We are entering a decisive era:

- A technological revolution driven by AI and semiconductors.
- A geopolitical realignment where strength comes from innovation.
If we act now, Europe can be the home of the next great wave of discovery. If we believe, we can build.
